Harris Management commissioned Richardson & Peat to carry out the internal fit out of four of supermarket giant Aldi's new stores along with new apartments that formed part of each scheme.
Aldi acquired a series of sites situated in Upminster, Bexleyheath, Portslade near Brighton on the condition that the refurbished buildings contained an element of low cost apartments in addition to the supermarket.
The mixed-use schemes required Richardson & Peat to undertake all carpentry and joinery works to the stores and the apartments. The company also carried out plastering works inside the apartments as well as the external rendering.
