Working with a bespoke, made to measure design, Richardson & Peat was commissioned to complete structural carpentry and internal fit out works at this £1 million private, five bedroom country house in Buckingham.
During the four month contract Richardson & Peat constructed the roof frames and fitted the external pergolas. The company fitted all door and window frames as well as the kitchen, which, like everything else in the house, was manufactured to a very high specification.
Richardson & Peat also fitted the property's unusual dog leg staircase. This included timber balustrade running from the basement, leading right up to the first floor where it extends across an elongated landing.
The work required a high level of attention to detail to achieve the desired high quality finish deserving of a project of this nature.
