Milton Keynes College is the largest provider of further education and training in the area. This new 1,300 sq ft, £3.5 million extension, was heralded as one of the greenest in the UK and achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘excellent'.

Over the course of 6 Months Richardson & Peat fitted out the new library and teaching rooms in the extension to an exceptionally high standard. The company carried out the external cladding on the curved, timber frame construction. Aligned vertically, it follows the shape of the building perfectly.

For the internal fit out, Richardson & Peat installed the internal door sets, curved shelving units, all counters and computer desks and the hardwood finishes to public areas. Continuing the curved theme of the building, Richardson & Peat also fitted the internal curved reception counters and shelving.
